Backwater Blues Band has supported shows for many National artists such as John Lee Hooker, Delbert McClinton, Fabulous T-Birds, Coco Montoya, Tommy Castro, John Nemeth, Nick Schnebelen, Mike Schermer Marcia Ball, Tommy Stewart Founding Member & Band Leader has performed with some of The Best Blues Artist from around the World. Tommy Stewart has been performing on the Legendary Rhythm and Blues Cruise for 14 years now running Pro /Am Jams. The Band are regulars on the events circuit and play at many of San Diego’s top music Festivals and Venues from The Belly Up to Humphreys, Gator by the Bay, and Blues Festivals around the Country! Host Band and Producer of the Baja Blues Fest for 9 years.
